Windows on the World: And on the Seventh Day Carl Rested

Posted on by in

Our new July feature gallery is dedicated to work with shop fronts and reception desks.

We will be adding to the gallery over the coming months to dispaly a mosaic that represents some of the magic that Bugols helps to create in town centres across West Wales, right through the shopping year until Christmas, when we celebrate Peace on Earth with our own very special release of dovetail joints sent skyward to the Preselis, in a ceremony as ancient as the hills.

From Narberth to St David’s, the projects are a kind of pilgrimage in which our aim is to be seekers of the true way.

With the Utopia Hair and Beauty project in Narberth, for example, the previous shop front was approximately 40 years old and has now had a complete makeover. We have matched the original mouldings by templating the old frame, remaining as faithful to the beautiful detail of the original craftsmen as is practicable.…..

…then there is our work with an old bay fronted shopfront, complete with stained glass, nestling in the retail cloisters near St. David’s Cathedral.

Glory be to Carl, and on the seventh day he rested.
